Agile Transformation - Sourcing Organisational Structure Design and Ways of Working
Our organisation is undertaking an enterprise agile transformation and am keen to gain any insights and understand individual expierences from others in the sourcing network who have been through an organisational transformation to Agile i.e. shifting to be a chapter or COE instead of the traditional sorucing structure by category or commercial functions. There's plenty of content from different sources on being changing process, adopting news ways or working but am not seeing much directed towards the org structure of a procurement team to align to Agile
