How should a training company structure the sale of a training program?
My corporate client designed a training program and vetted and scheduled trainers to deliver the program for their existing client and have a signed contract. Now the Client wants to buy the program and deliver it in house using in their in house trainers. What key things should they consider if move forward to sell it? How they set the price? Cost of the expected revenue for this contract year and ? Should they lease the program and control the rights? Thank you
