Looking for:

• Mechanical or Electrical Engineering Degree or engineering technology diploma. • Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency. • >5 years’ experience as reliability/maintenance engineering within an industrial environment. • Exposure to managing maintenance team in an operational environment will be an asset. • Awareness and implementation of lean and six sigma techniques will be an asset. • Proficiency in using MS office tools effectively. • >3 years’ experience working in a project environment or equipment design preferred. • Experience with Asset Management (ISO55000). • Potash experience is a benefit. • Experience with operations cost management through optimization. • Exposure to RCM based maintenance strategy development through software e.g. Isograph, Meridium. • Good understanding of SAP maintenance and supply module. • Practice experience in implementing condition monitoring techniques e.g. vibration, thermography, ultrasonic, tribology.
