Seeking advice on a pending forklift tender

Hi brain trust! Hoping to get some advice and/or lessons learnt over a potential pending forklift tender. I've got about forklift fleet of about 150 units of various sizes, makes and models and a myriad of fork attachments. Any idea on the most efficient way to formulate a pricing sheet? I'm thinking of asking for per unit pricing across a short list of forklift types, their load capacity and their attachments as well as delivery costs to the various sites. Then map these costs to my sites for pricing evals. Would appreciate your views if such a pricing sheet would work, or if you'd have a better suggestion? Thanks in advance! Colin
