Procurement is key to providing value to an organisation through cost savings, but it also has a powerful role in providing value to the community. I've seen organisations using social enterprises for various services (catering where a meal is donated for every meal purchased, recycled furniture providers, packaging services etc). What key social procurement activities are you currently undertaking and what is on the radar for the next 18 months?
