BRAVO is a first of its kind network that enables female leaders to get ahead and conquer the inequalities and disadvantages facing women everywhere.
Procurious, the world’s leading online business network for supply chain and procurement professionals, today announced the launch of its BRAVO Leadership Program for Women in Procurement and Supply Chain. This global leadership training program, which was built exclusively to help females advance their careers and make a positive impact in the world, offers members practical guidance, real-world coaching and an unrivaled network of peers.
The theme for this year’s program is “Be Part of Something Bigger,” to empower women to be bigger, bolder, take charge of their careers and fulfill their true potential.
The inaugural BRAVO program launched in Australia in 2021 with 417 members, 56 companies, 11 events and 45 speakers. This year, Procurious is expanding BRAVO globally by running the program in APAC, EMEA and the USA concurrently.

A 90-minute virtual event featuring some of today’s most inspirational women from around the world, covering topics of Gender Equality and Diversity in the Workplace.
- Flagship Event | APAC: August | USA/EMEA: September
An exciting half-day virtual event bringing together some of the most successful female leaders both inside and outside of procurement to talk openly and honestly about the issues that matter the most to women. Sessions include critical topics such as pay negotiation simulations, how to overcome bias and more.
- Masterclass Series with five classes scheduled throughout the year in each geographic market. Members will strengthen both hard and soft management skills as they hear from global thought leaders in the field. Classes include, Strengthening your Inner (Cheer)leader, Managing and Navigating your Career Path, and Leaning into Tough Conversations.
- Mentoring Program, designed to cover topics relevant at any stage of your career, including negotiation, leadership development and how to use LinkedIn to maximize your career and build your brand.
Members will gain exclusive access to unique networking opportunities with other BRAVO women and speakers around the globe, practical worksheets to help put learnings into action, access to the BRAVO library, on-demand resources with the latest videos from BRAVO’s most inspiring women, and the opportunity to participate in the BRAVO Buddy program.
