I am a qualified UK solicitor and PRINCE project management practitioner with an extensive background in law firm relationship and legal spend management. As the former chief operating officer of the legal solutions company Yerra Solutions, I have a wealth of experience of invoicing systems, tendering processes, strategic consultancy, data management, and law firm panel performance metrics. I was also a former panel director at AIG, where she was responsible for panel management across EMEA and APAC. I am a co-founder and partner at Coote O’Grady. Key achievements • Oversaw the roll-out of a pharmaceutical giant’s first global panel, billing guidelines and e-billing tool, resulting in US$ 15m savings • Former panel director at AIG with international law firm panel management portfolio and responsibility for legal and claims team ELM/e-billing implementation, law firm tenders, and invoice review team training • Drafted various law firm panel service level agreements and billing guidelines for law firms • Supervised implementation of a management information structure across all UK panel firms to enable ranking based on litigation performance • Extensive and unique track record encompassing legal services management, purchasing, claims adjustment and data analysis • Former commercial litigation solicitor, experienced in handling large professional negligence claims on behalf of insurers, defending solicitors, accountants and others against professional negligence claims.
