Sledging – Why Words Matter in Diversity & Inclusion: Panel Discussion Div Pillay, CEO & Co-Founder, MindTribes and Miles Rose, Commercial Director at SweetSpot Group 

After England lost in the 2020 UEFA European Football Championship, online abuse was targeted at three Black players, Bukayo Saka, Marcus Rashford and Jadon Sancho. This incident reveals a larger societal problem of racism in sports and online. Div Pillay (CEO & Co-Founder, MindTribes) will share why #culturallydiversewomen need to bring their bring their different thinking and working styles, international experience, creative problem solving to #reimagine futures. and will ask the question, "what are leaders of #CDW doing to create safe and inclusive spaces for these women to thrive and lead?" Miles Rose (Commercial Director at SweetSpot Group) will share ways major sporting bodies are working to combat harassment and racial abuse online.

Playing to Win Nasser Hussain 

A British cricket commentator and former cricketer who captained the England cricket team between 1999 and 2003. A pugnacious right-handed batsman, Hussain scored over 30,000 runs from more than 650 matches across all first-class and List-A cricket, including 62 centuries. His highest Test score of 207, scored in the first Test of the 1997 Ashes at Edgbaston, was described by Wisden as "touched by genius".
