This module introduces sustainable procurement principles and the importance of aligning procurement strategies with organisational goals. Participants will explore frameworks for integrating sustainability into procurement, stakeholder engagement techniques, and supplier collaboration. The session provides insights into involving executives, purchasers, and suppliers in sustainability efforts. Breakout sessions offer hands-on learning, peer discussions, and coaching support from SPLC. Participants will develop a structured approach to embedding sustainability in procurement, ensuring alignment with broader organisational objectives. By the end of this module, attendees will have a strong foundation for strategic sustainable procurement planning.
