An experienced technology sales and account manager, I have worked with a range of different solutions in various deployment options across; network security, network performance, telephony and most recently procurement software. A process driven individual, I am currently qualified at PRINCE 2 Foundation Level - working towards Practitioner Level. I have extensive experience of developing and implementing new strategies/projects in order to enhance revenue and improve processes for the organisations I work for. Taking a consultative approach, I have a passion for developing open, honest and sustainable relationships with customers, colleagues and partners. I have written and deliver product and sales training to customers, partners and to all new starters at Science Warehouse. In addition I have also managed and assisted with projects covering the following areas; business development, channel strategy, setting up the internal sales function, enhancing our CRM (Salesforce) and tenders. An active member of the Audit team I have run internal audits on organisational processes and procedures.
