I am a Assistant Professor focusing on smart-services, emerging technologies like AR and VR, and consumer behavior in retailing and supply chain management. My current research focuses on the effects of using augmented reality technology in online or offline retail environments and how digital technologies affect consumer's sensory and mental decision-making processes. Outside of the workplace, I am dedicated to the sport of Lacrosse. If it is not playing or organizing anything around Lacrosse, I like to do sports as running, diving, surfing, or playing soccer.
