As a member of the Supply Chain Excellence team, I take a lead in training on supply chain and procurement systems and processes. Key responsibilities: • Developing and delivering procurement training to new starters and existing employees in Oracle, document management and intranet systems. • Support the wider induction process for all new starters in Procurement & Logistics functions. • Scheduling and managing training calendars. • Coordinating the delivery of externally facilitated courses. • Developing, maintaining and reviewing training materials. • Reviewing, researching and delivering improvement initiatives across Supply Chain systems and processes. • Providing ad-hoc support as required on systems and processes. • Providing support to other projects being run within the Supply Chain Excellence team. • Promote the Procurement Community of Practice by identifying and scheduling events and managing and circulating knowledge.
