- initiator from Romanian Union for Procurement Professionals, with ROVEST Cluster and in partnership with West University of Timisoara, of
The 1st International ROVEST Cluster Forum,
which main topics were related to cross-borders procurement needs, circular procurement, centralised body unit, and which was held in Timisoara City,
Romania, in 17th - 19th of January, 2018, at West University of Timisoara
- participate as specialist in Funding through PHARE and ISPA and CF/ERDF projects
- organiser in 2013/2014 first post graduated course : Public Procurement Experts (20 credits, 180 hrs), in Romanian premiere
- part of the first series of qualified graduates in the area of social responsibility, Accredited Manager for Corporate Social Responsability
- developed procedures and instructions relating to public procurement procedures
- reduced investment expenses through quick and consistent interpretation of the legislation, with 18% for Works Contracts in Major Infrastructure Roads Construction in Romania
- implemented 8 projects with funding from World Bank funds, projects with Phare grant in the amount of 1,000,000 euro.
As a CEC Local Organizer, I manage the circular economy community in (TIMISOARA) and host activities to connect professionals working on the field and ensure we share best practices.
