I am a degree qualified Category Lead with over 5 years of experience in end-to-end Sourcing on a client facing account. I manage the Permanent Recruitment and Temporary Labour Categories, as well as the end-to-end sourcing and vendor management of Employer Branding and Background Checking categories. I also undertake BA work for the Labour Category including managing large data-sets, trending usage, data cleansing, evaluation and modelling. I manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders, including communications regarding policy changes, issues, market share, KPIs, market conditions, and contractual terms and conditions.

Built the reporting capacity within the procurement function, analysed spend data for procurement and DET Group leadership, mapped as-is processes, worked across multiple teams with diverse workloads and competing priorities, provided reports for stakeholders, undertook spend investigations, wrote training material, developed intranet content, and provided input to the annual general report and PPQs.

Building the Market Research capability for the ATO Procurement division, undertaking research of industries and suppliers, developing and delivering training on market research, data analysis, writing internal news articles regarding supplier diversity, drafting a news article for the Commissioner of Taxation, and reviewing and rewriting internal process guides. Procurement projects: Labour Hire, Legal Services, Debt Collection, Valuation Services, and Advisory Services

Responsible for rewriting and updating the Procurement Policy and Procedure documents, and developing and maintaining the Quick Reference Guides for Ariba. Standardised and developed with stakeholder input, RFx questionnaire, reviewed and updated procurement templates, developed procurement induction training, Ariba training, and provided SME input to the Enterprise System Transformation project. Was the lead for Supply Chain for EngeryAustralia’s Modern Slavery Report – including identifying and assessing high risk suppliers. Reconciliation Action Plan procurement champion, including education about and championing of Indigenous suppliers. Worked on other legislative and project related requirements such as Labour Hire Licensing, and small business payment terms.
