The IMPACT Sustainability in Procurement 5 Module Course is designed to equip procurement professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to drive sustainable practices within their organisations. The course covers the fundamentals of sustainable procurement, including key definitions, the importance of stakeholder and supplier engagement, and best practices for aligning procurement strategies with broader organisational goals. Participants will explore critical areas such as supplier diversity, the circular economy, and climate-focused procurement, with practical examples and case studies illustrating real-world applications.

Additionally, the course provides hands-on opportunities for participants to collaborate with peers, develop long-term strategic procurement plans, and learn how to set measurable sustainability goals. Through facilitated discussions, participants will reinforce their understanding of the topics covered, brainstorm solutions to current challenges, and leave with actionable insights to foster inclusive, environmentally responsible, and effective procurement programs.
